The Sports Boosters held their yearly Officer Elections last night. All 4 positions only had one nominee so they ran unopposed. There will be 3 new faces and one change of positions for the Executive Board.
Wendy Shipman moves from the vice president position to president, replacing Jerry Goodenough who had served his maximum 4 year term as president. Jeff Humphrey will serve as Vice president. Lisa Cavataio will become our new secretary, replacing Dawn Tordel after serving 3 terms. Anissa Sanford will serve as treasurer, replacing Lance Cole, who had been treasurer for 2 terms after serving 4 as vice president. Thank you to all for your service and for your commitment to the Dryden Sports Boosters.

It is somewhat the end of an era with Lance and Jerry leaving the Executive Board. Both are the two remaining members from the very first meeting on August 31st, 2010 when then AD Ralph Davidson Boettger invited a group of Dryden residents to a meeting to continue and expand upon what Russ Kowalski had created in the years prior to 2010 with the Dryden Lions Athletic Club.
